Product Warranty

  • We offer a 6-month warranty on select phone cases and other products.
  • Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
    The warranty does NOT cover typical wear and tear damage, including but not limited to:
  • Yellowing
  • Minor scratches
  • Dents and scuffs
  • Fading of color
  • Discoloration from everyday handling
  • Gradual loosening of buttons
  • Deterioration, and/or any defects resulting from normal aging, abuse, or improper use of the product
  • If you believe your product is eligible for warranty service, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Our customer support team will provide instructions on how to return the item for evaluation. Please note that you may be required to provide proof of purchase to validate your warranty claim.
  • Upon receipt of the returned item, our technicians will assess the product for defects and determine if it qualifies for warranty service.
  • If the product is found to be defective under the terms of the warranty, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
